WISTA 10TH ANNIVERSARY RAFFLE (the “Raffle”) Official Contest Rules and Regulations:
1) This contest is sponsored by The West Island Theatre Association (the “Contest Sponsor”), c/o 4625 Côte Vertu, Suite 250. St. Laurent, Québec, H4S 1C8.
2) The sale of tickets for the raffle starts at 9:00 a.m. ET February 15, 2017 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on March 18, 2017 (the “Contest Closing Date”).
3) By entering this Contest, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules. The decisions of the Contest Sponsor with respect to all aspects of the Contest are final. The Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Contest must be directed to the Contest Sponsor and not Facebook.
4) ELIGIBILITY
This contest is open to all legal residents of Quebec who have reached the age of majority in the province.
5) HOW TO ENTER
Entrants to the contest must purchase a ticket from a duly authorized representative of the Contest Sponsor and the entrants are responsible for the filling out the ticket stub with the following information:
a) their name;
b) their full residential address (a postal box is not acceptable);
c) telephone number(s) including area code; and
d) e-mail address for contact purposes.
Entrants are solely responsible to ensure that the required information is completely and legibly filled out on the ticket stub. The Contest Sponsor shall bear no liability for any illegible, incomplete ticket stubs nor for any misplaced, lost or stolen tickets. Entrants shall receive a numbered ticket and the associated numbered ticket stub shall be retained by the duly authorized representative for remittance to the Contest Sponsor on or before the Contest Closing Date. All ticket stubs will be placed in a container from which the winners will be drawn.
6) It is not necessary for the entrant to be present at the draw to win a prize
7) ODDS OF WINNING
The total number of tickets printed will be 1000 and shall be numbered sequentially from 001 to 1000. The odds of winning a prize is 1 out of 1000. The odds of winning a specific prize is one out of the total number of ticket stubs deposited with the Contest Sponsor and into the container from which the winners shall be drawn.
8) PRIZING
All prizes must be accepted as awarded, are non-refundable and are not convertible to cash. All prizes are transferable by the winner to an immediate family member. If the winner cannot use or chooses not to use, for any reason, any portion of the prize, that portion of the prize will be forfeited and no substitution or other compensation will be awarded.

9) SELECTING WINNERS
A random draw for all of the prizes in reverse order (starting from the 15th Prize and proceeding until the draw of the Grand Prize) will be conducted at or about 4:00pm ET on March 19, 2017 by the West Island Theatre Association from all eligible entries received. The draw will take place at the Church of the Resurrection, 99 Mount Pleasant (entrance on Queen), Pointe-Claire. Telephone number is 514-333-3325.
The Contest Sponsor shall use commercially reasonable efforts to contact the selected entrants using the contact information set out each of their entries. In the event, that a selected entrant cannot be contacted within three (3) days of the random draw, the entry of such selected entrant shall be deemed void and the Contest Sponsor shall draw another entry at random for the remaining eligible entries. The process noted above will be repeated until a contact is made with a selected entrant or there are no more eligible entries, whichever comes first.
Each selected entrant will also be required to sign a Declaration and Release Form (the “Release Form”) confirming compliance with these Official Contest Rules, acceptance of the respective prize as awarded without substitution, and releasing the Contest Sponsor, its affiliated and related companies, sponsors, advertising and promotional agencies, and their respective shareholders, directors, officers, employees, agents, dealers, representatives, successors and assigns from any liability in connection with the prizes, including (if applicable) attendance at or travel to and any recreational activities undertaken as a result of participation in this contest. Refusing or failing to return the Release Form or otherwise failing to comply with these Official Contest Rules will cause the respective prize to be forfeited and a new random draw from the remaining eligible entries will be conducted to select another selected entrant. The process noted above will be repeated until a prize winner is declared or there are no more eligible entries, whichever comes first.

No correspondence will be entered into except with selected entrants. By entering this contest and accepting a prize, each winner consents to the use of his/her name, city of residence, video image, voice, and/or photograph in any related publicity or Internet posting without further notification or compensation.
